Duties:

• Assist the teacher with daily classroom activities and instruction.
• Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students.
• Help implement accommodations and modifications outlined in student plans.
• Monitor student behavior and encourage positive social interactions.
• Assist students with classroom assignments and organizational skills.
• Supervise students during transitions, lunch, recess, and other school activities as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding student information.
